印刷單元
◆標(biāo)配金屬鋼制網(wǎng)紋輥。（可選陶瓷網(wǎng)輥）。
◆配有快速掛版裝置，裝卸印刷版方便快捷。
◆印刷相位調(diào)整，采用 PLC、觸摸屏控制，數(shù)字式 360 度正反轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)整。
◆相位機(jī)構(gòu)采用行星齒輪構(gòu)造，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
◆配有自動(dòng)剎車裝置，當(dāng)機(jī)臺(tái)分離或調(diào)整相位時(shí)，限制機(jī)臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，確保有齒輪位置固定不變。
◆選配印刷清洗后自動(dòng)復(fù)位系統(tǒng)。
◆配有網(wǎng)紋輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)抬升裝置，停止送紙時(shí)網(wǎng)紋輥上升與印版分離。
◆所有電器采用進(jìn)口施耐德電器。
◆電機(jī)采用臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)的減速馬達(dá)。
Printing Unit
◆Steel anilox(Ceramic anilox is optional).
◆Holding slot in the printing cylinder to fix the flexo plate.
◆Computerized gear adjusting for the phase of the printer freely 360° in running and stop.
◆Planetary gear constructure for phase to increase the using times.
◆Brake is installed tp keep the gears fixed when machine units moving.
◆Memorized systerm for the printer.
◆The anilox roll separate automatically from printing plate when sheet is not feeding.
◆Electric element adopts Schneider.
◆Motor adopts reducer moter made in Taiwan.
